Profile

Dr Aby Koshy did his MBBS from Medical College, Kottayam. He did his post graduate training from Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, where he stood first in the University. He passed the membership examination (MRCOG) of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, United Kingdom in his first attempt.

He did his advanced training in Reproductive Medicine at London. He has worked as an infertility specialist in various hospitals in India and the United Kingdom.

He has published thirteen papers in national and international peer reviewed journals and has authored six chapters in different books.

Prior to joining Sunrise Hospital, he was working in a busy tertiary IVF centre at Homerton University Hospital, London, where the annual IVF workload exceeds 1200 cycles.

POST GRADUATE DISSERTATION

Genital tuberculosis in infertile women: study of aetiopathogenesis, clinical features and treatment modalities. This study involved the use of polymerase chain reaction techniques and laparoscopic evaluation to diagnose tuberculosis in women presenting with infertility in a tertiary care hospital.
